We offer individualized support and advocacy for children with disabilities and their families, to make sure that each child gets the education he or she deserves. Below are just some of the ways we can help you help your child.
- Referral for free phone consultation with a New Jersey education lawyer regarding issues of special education, residency, discrimination, and/or bullying.
- Referral to New Jersey education lawyers who will accept sliding scale fees from clients of low- to moderate-income
- Referral to New Jersey education lawyers who will assist with obtaining independent evaluations, copies of student records, or copies of public records from school districts, with no out-of-pocket payment for legal services. (Payments for expenses are required.)
- Low Bono Program
- Independent Educational Evaluation advocacy
- OPRA Advocacy
- Education seminars, available to be presented to groups or organizations upon request
- Amicus briefs to State and Federal Courts, including the Supreme Court
- PARCC Opt-out support, a free service available for any family who want to “opt-out” of the PARCC test
